My guest this week is Caity, (different Caity from Katie in the episode on relapse and who is also featured in the round table episode, it was bound to happen a some point Katie is a way too common name lool). Caity and I met in the rooms of AA but one day we ran into each other at the gym. Knowing we both share a passion for fitness led me to want to know more about her. Boy I had no idea she had a long sobriety (she will be celebrating 9 years as this episode is released). Those who have listened to the podcast before know that I don't pay much attention to day count but it is still impressive to see a young person who has a long sobriety time.
